Every aspect of the NiSi Athena lenses is designed to make them a dream to use, for everyone from a one-man band to large big-budget productions.

All 8 lenses have identical focus and iris gear positions as well as the same 300 degree throw. This means that you can swop lenses on a rig without having to reposition or recalibrate your focus- or iris-control motors.

This also means you can instantly swop lenses when using a rod-mounted swing-away matte box (135mm excluded).

Excluding the 135mm, the other 7 focal lengths have near identical weight and more importantly, balance. This means that you can swop between focal lengths without having to recalibrate or rebalance your gimbal.

These lenses are also exceptionally light - ranging from around 835 - 865g

All Athena lenses have a buttery smooth 300 degree focus throw that make precise focus easy. Infinity is accurately calibrated to the end of the throw and the start and end positions of the throw are identical across all focal lengths, meaning you don’t need to recalibrate your focus motor when changing lenses

All of the markings are luminous and the caps have the focal length in gigantic luminous letters, making it easy to pull the right lens out of the case when it's dark off-set.

Crafted to withstand the rigors of professional filmmaking, these lenses feature robust all-metal construction. All Athena lenses have both metric and imperial focus scales.
